Now, there are several Multi-Channel, High-Power Leslie Model Choices
The Hammond organ and Leslie speaker are synonymous with classic Rock, Blues, Jazz , Gospel, Country and other music styles. However, virtually all new organs among many manufacturers are equipped with multiple channels and require a multi-channel Leslie to adequately reproduce the many channels. Some applications such as live-stage performances and large church organ installations may require one or more high power Leslie’s, possibly used in conjunction with single-channel tube models (122, 147), the solid-state model 771, or with other external high power sound systems.
Designed for New Multi-Channel Hammond Organs
Each high-power, multi-channel Leslie speaker was designed to complement the latest Digital technology advancements in organ design. Two, Three and Four-Channel Leslie models are available in several cabinetry finish options. Each of the multi-channel Leslie speakers comes equipped with an 11-pin connector, and Leslie connector kits are available to connect these Leslie’s to virtually any other organ manufacturer’s products.
Excellent for use with MIDI Sound Modules or MIDI-equipped Keyboards
Several of the new multi-channel Leslie’s will also directly accommodate the Hammond GM-1000 MIDI Sound Module when used in conjunction with a new Hammond organ. Older organs models including Tonewheel Generator Organs (B-3, C-3, A-100, etc.) can be easily connected to the new 11-pin Leslie models through a custom Leslie Connector Kit. The Hammond XB-2 Keyboard and XB-5 Pro-Portable organ also are directly ‘plug-in’ compatible into any 11-pin model Leslie.

High-Power Leslie Choices – from 280 to 400 Watts Available
The three-channel Leslie Model 814 features five separate fully-adjustable amplifiers totaling 385 Watts RMS. A Pedal / Bass amp delivers 90 watts into a 15′ woofer, an Auxiliary amp delivers 90 watts into two 6′ X 9′ specially treated speakers and a Piezo Tweeter, a Main amp delivers 90 watts to two 6′ X 9′ specially treated speakers and a Piezo Tweeter, a Horn Rotor amp delivers 60 watts to the upper rotating horn driver, and a Roto-sonic Drum amp delivers 55 watts to a 6′ X 9′ Speaker mounted in the lower 2-speed rotating drum.
Individual Level and Tone Controls are provided for tailoring the sound of the Leslie for each application.
