368 Digital Voices in a Box!
The new Hammond BH-1000 was designed as a professional quality Musical Instrument
Digital Interface (MIDI) Sound Module. It can be used with the new Hammond XB-2, XB-3,
XC-3, 926, and other new Hammond products or virtually any other keyboard or device
equipped with MIDI. implementation. The BH-1000 is powered by the new Hammond V.A.S.E.
Sound Engine and features full 32-note polyphony and 16-part Multi-timbral operation.
It conforms to the General
MIDI international MIDI standard for MIDI functions and specifications. The BH-1000 has an
extensive on-board Demonstration feature for demonstration and testing purposes.
The BH-1000 MIDI Sound Module can be quickly mounted in the XB-3 behind a removable
faceplate in an area to the left of the Drawbars.
Recreating True Digital Voices
The BH-1000 produces 368 Digital Voices:
(Including 32 Hammond Organ Drawbar Variations, and a Leslie simulation)
